- Monitor and supervise plumbing works at site as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify plumbing installation issues, quality concerns, and construction constraints, and coordinate with the design team for resolution.

- Review plumbing layouts, shop drawings, and material submissions before execution.

- Coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.

- Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) and follow up with consultants/design engineers to resolve technical issues.

- Verify material availability and coordinate procurement of plumbing materials and consumables.

- Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.





- Attend site coordination meetings and communicate plumbing-related concerns to stakeholders.

- Inspect pipe routing, drainage systems, water supply systems, pumps, tanks, and plumbing fixtures during installation.

- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for water supply, drainage, and pumping systems.

- Review contractor work quality and ensure compliance with approved method statements.

- Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and punch point closure reports.

- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documentation.

- Ensure proper implementation of approved corrective and preventive actions for site issues.
