- Manage PMO operations and governance across multiple IT consulting and client engagements.

- Coordinate with Account Managers, Management, Delivery Teams, IT Consultants, Finance, and Clients to ensure smooth engagement execution.

- Prepare, review, and coordinate SOWs, Work Orders, contracts, amendments, renewals, and change requests, including internal approvals and client sign-offs.

- Track consultant deployment, engagement timelines, extensions, releases, and assignment status.

- Monitor timesheets, billable hours, utilization, billing, and unbilled effort to ensure accurate engagement tracking.

- Track key commercial and financial metrics, including revenue, costs, margins, and engagement profitability.

- Maintain PMO dashboards, MIS reports, engagement trackers, RAID logs, and governance records for management review.

- Monitor contract/SOW expiry, renewals, extensions, approvals, and other critical engagement milestones and ensure timely follow-up.

- Identify and escalate key delivery, commercial, contractual, utilization, and client-related risks or deviations.

- Support regular engagement reviews, stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and management governance reviews.

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date project, consultant, contract, and commercial documentation, including appropriate version control.





- Coordinate engagement closure, final timesheet and billing reconciliation, consultant release, and closure documentation.

- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and engagement governance.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Project Operations / IT Consulting / IT Services.

- Experience working with IT consultants and client-based engagements.

- Hands-on experience with SOW, contract, Work Order, amendment, renewal, and commercial documentation.

- Strong experience in client and stakeholder coordination.

- Knowledge of T&M; / resource-based IT consulting engagements is preferred.

- Experience in timesheet, utilization, billing, revenue, and project profitability tracking.

- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Experience with PMO/project management tools Zoho Books, MS Excel, Smart-sheet, Power BI, etc., is an advantage.

- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, documentation, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
