Location: PAN India (Based on Language/Region)

Experience: 0–4 Years

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Rotational Week Off

Employment Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to drive awareness and student engagement in your assigned region. You will work closely with schools, colleges, principals, and students while representing NIAT on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to schools and colleges to schedule and deliver student demo sessions.

Build robust relationships with principals, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.

Conduct stalls, events, promotions, and other on-ground marketing activities.

Drive student engagement and generate leads through field activities.

Maintain accurate outreach data and submit daily activity reports.

Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Requirements

0–4 years of experience in Sales,



Business Development, Education Counselling, or Field Sales.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Excellent communication skills in the regional/native language with basic English proficiency.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Passion for education, student engagement, and field-based work.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Must own a 2-wheeler and laptop.
