Experienced Plumber (4–5 Years Experience)

Location: Adalaj / Chandkheda, Ahmedabad

Industry: Real Estate / School & College Campus

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair across residential/commercial properties and educational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewage systems
- Handle plumbing works in apartments, commercial buildings, classrooms, labs, hostels & washrooms
- Detect and fix leaks, pipe damages, and blockages
- Maintain pumps, overhead/underground water tanks, and sanitary fixtures
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections




- Respond quickly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with safety and plumbing standards

Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant certification
- Minimum 4–5 years of plumbing experience
- Experience in real estate projects or institutional campuses preferred
- Knowledge of pump operations and drainage systems
- Ability to read plumbing layouts
- Positive troubleshooting and teamwork skills
