Power Automate RPA Developer SAP / Desktop Automation

Experience: 14 years overall RPA experience, with at least 1+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop experience.

Location: India / Remote

Engagement: Contract / Project-based

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Power Automate RPA Developer to support the migration of existing UiPath unattended automations to Microsoft Power Automate.

The role will involve understanding existing UiPath automations, rebuilding them using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Cloud Flows, testing them against existing business processes, and deploying them to a client-provided VM for unattended execution.

The successful candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP GUI automation, Excel automation, web/browser automation, scheduling and unattended desktop flows.Key Responsibilities1. UiPath Power Automate Migration

- Review existing UiPath workflows and understand their business logic.
- Translate UiPath workflows into equivalent Power Automate Desktop flows.
- Identify UiPath activities that require alternative implementation in PAD.
- Maintain existing business rules and process outcomes during migration.
- Identify automation risks, dependencies and gaps during migration.

2. Power Automate Development

- Develop Power Automate Desktop flows using PAD Designer.
- Develop Cloud Flows for scheduling, triggering and orchestration where required.
- Configure Desktop Flow connections and machine registration.
- Implement appropriate error handling, retry logic and exception handling.




- Build reusable components/subflows where appropriate.
- Maintain clear logging and execution status.

3. SAP Automation

- Automate SAP GUI using Power Automate Desktop.
- Work with SAP transactions, fields, tables, pop-ups and navigation.
- Handle SAP session/window management and common UI automation issues.
- Validate SAP updates against the existing UiPath implementation.
- Troubleshoot SAP GUI automation failures.

SAP GUI automation experience is strongly preferred.4. Excel & Data Automation

- Automate Excel using Power Automate Desktop.
- Work with formulas, worksheets, ranges, tables and files.
- Perform data extraction, transformation and validation.
- Handle Excel files used as input/output by automation processes.

5. Web / Portal Automation

- Automate business portals using browser automation.
- Work with Microsoft Edge/Chrome and web elements.
- Handle dynamic elements, downloads, uploads and browser pop-ups.
- Troubleshoot UI changes and selector-related failures.

6. Testing & Deployment

- Develop and test automations on the client-provided VM.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and business validation.
- Support UAT and production deployment.




- Configure the production Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow.
- Support production stabilization after migration.
