Position Summary:

Platform Engineer III / Technical Project Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Data & AI Platform initiatives. This role combines technical program management, Agile/Scrum leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance to ensure successful execution of platform capabilities supporting Data Platform Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML teams.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of contemporary cloud-based data platforms, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional team coordination. This person will act as the bridge between different teams across the shores and leadership to drive successful outcomes.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI Platform initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and status reporting.
- Drive execution across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Track budget, resource allocation, and project progress.
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Backlog Refinement
- Monitor sprint health,



team velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery commitments.
- Remove delivery impediments and escalate issues when required.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and prioritize work effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, dependencies, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
- Facilitate discussions across engineering, product, architecture, operations, and business teams.
- Build strong relationships across global teams and drive alignment on priorities.
- Establish project governance frameworks and delivery dashboards.
- Monitor and report KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational effectiveness.
- Track milestone completion, sprint performance, release readiness, and adoption metrics.
- Support executive reviews, steering committees, and leadership reporting.

Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
- 3+ years managing Data Platform, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI/ML initiatives.
- Strong experience operating as both Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Experience managing Agile delivery teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and platform delivery practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
