About The Client:

Qualifications:

- 5–8 years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), with at least 3 years focused on cloud infrastructure or developer platforms.

- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, including Kubernetes at scale, managed cloud services, networking, identity federation, and multi-tenancy patterns across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Proven ownership of complex, multi-month platform initiatives, contributing from the initial whiteboard/design stage through production deployment while managing ambiguity and technical risk.

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices, including Terraform or Pulumi and Argo CD.

- Experience standardizing platform tooling, infrastructure, and deployment patterns across multiple engineering teams.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving, inference pipelines, GPU resource management, or LLM integration patterns.

- Experience working in enterprise environments with familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.

- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear design documents, maintain useful Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and explain architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

- Experience with LLM serving at scale using technologies such as vLLM, NVIDIA Triton, or Ray Serve.

- Familiarity with AI gateway design patterns and architectures.

- A product-oriented approach to platform engineering, with a strong focus on internal developer experience (DX).

- Experience with FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or GPU cost optimization across large-scale inference workloads.





- A strong documentation-first mindset, with a focus on creating and maintaining shared technical context.

- Experience building an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) from scratch.

- Ability to challenge short-term solutions and advocate for sustainable, long-term technical decisions.

- Contributions to open-source platform engineering or ML infrastructure projects.

- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and bring structure, clarity, and direction to complex technical challenges.
