Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows for process automation.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and third-party systems using connectors.
- Create custom UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into workflow and design solutions.
- Optimize automation for performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Document workflows, design standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust experience with Power Automate and related tools (Power Apps, Power BI).
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end customization.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques.
- Understanding of data security and compliance in automation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
