Job Summary:

The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role leads teams, optimizes processes, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Lead and develop operational teams for high performance.
- Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize supply chain, inventory, and cost management.
- Enforce safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 2+ years in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience.
- Roto Gravure Printing Unit experience preferred.

Skills:

- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
