RPS is headquartered at Legnago (Verona), Italy; with research & manufacturing facilities in Legnago and Cormano in Italy and Gurgaon in India. Riello Power India manufactures a comprehensive range of UPS Systems, from 6 kVA to 6400 kVA for a wide range of applications

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented qualified to join our organization as Head – Plant Operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong and proven track record in leading end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations, preferably within the Power Conditioning, Power Quality, Power Management, UPS, or related electrical/electronics industry.

The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence in production, operations, planning, procurement, QC, TRC, logistics and Commercial.

Designation: Head – Plant Operations

/ Responsibility:

- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant
- Ideate and implement strategic improvements for production, quality, and labor utilization throughout the facility
- Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goals




- Drive cost reduction activities to achieve budgetary goals for the company
- Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality
- Participating in various manufacturing-related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation, supply management and on-time shipping
- Oversee logistics department for timely delivery of consignments to meet customer demand
- Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planning
- Works with Human Resources to proactively monitor and oversee all HR activities.
- Manage Admin. department to ensure proper maintenance of plant, plant security and protection
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all manufacturing areas.
- Provide comprehensive training opportunities to enhance staff skill and knowledge
- MIS preparing all reports as per the management requirements

Education: Graduate / Post graduate

Experience: 10 years above years of experience

Skills:

- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge on MS office, E-mails, Good in English Written & Spoken
- Have experience in documentation, Interaction with Clients and Vendors, Knowledge of business processes
