- Plant Operations & Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the packaging plant, ensuring smooth production processes and meeting operational targets.
- Production Planning & Efficiency: Develop and implement production schedules to optimize output, reduce downtime, and meet customer demands.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements by implementing strict quality control measures.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor and control production costs, raw material usage, and operational expenses to improve profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate plant personnel, including production, maintenance, and quality teams, to enhance productivity and workplace morale.
- Maintenance & Safety Compliance:



Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify areas for improvement in production techniques and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior management, suppliers, and customers to align plant operations with business objectives.
