We are looking for Telecom Design Engineers with 1+ years of experience in Pole Load Analysis (PLA), O-Calc Pro, and NESC Standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pole loading analysis, design reviews, and preparing engineering deliverables in compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Pole Load Analysis (PLA) using O-Calc Pro.
- Analyze existing and proposed utility poles for structural capacity and loading conditions.
- Review pole data, attachments, span information, and other relevant engineering inputs.
- Prepare and validate pole loading calculations and engineering deliverables.
- Provide MRE (Make Ready Engineering) recommendations based on pole loading results.
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks and detailed reviews of engineering deliverables.
- Identify design discrepancies and ensure corrections are incorporated before submission.
- Ensure designs comply with NESC standards, client specifications, and utility requirements.
- Work on utility pole engineering and telecom attachment designs.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Pole Load Analysis (PLA).
- Strong working knowledge of O-Calc Pro.
- Experience in Utility Pole Engineering and telecom pole attachment design.
- Knowledge of MRE (Make Ready Engineering) recommendations.
- Knowledge of NESC compliance and applicable utility standards.
- Familiarity with Geo 95 or similar pole/engineering design tools.
- Good understanding of telecom/OSP network infrastructure.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
