Role & responsibilities
- Land acquisition going on regular basis, mutation and conversion of purchased land, over all site management and handling local issues, police station, coordination with partners office
- Obtaining EC, CTE & CTO of Projects from Pollution Board
- Procuring Form C from lift department after erections
- Quarterly tax payments of sites / projects to municipalities and corporations
- Khajna payment of all sites and projects
- Obtaining fire sanction and final fire NOCs from fire department
