Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor Master Construction Schedule, monthly schedules, and 3-month lookahead plans.
- Develop resource-loaded schedules, S-Curves, and manpower histograms.
- Track project progress and analyze planned vs. actual performance and delays.
- Maintain delay registers, risk registers, drawing registers, and RFI trackers.
- Prepare Daily/Weekly Progress Reports, MIS reports, BOD & GM reports.
- Prepare site meeting agendas and MOM and follow up on action points.
- Coordinate with construction, design, procurement, QA/QC, and other departments.
- Support Primavera P6/MS Project scheduling, progress updates, and recovery planning.
- Use MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD for planning, reporting, and project coordination.
