? Hiring | Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our factory operations team and manage production planning, material coordination, scheduling, and production performance.

? Key Responsibilities• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and delivery schedules

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Plan production as per machine capacity, manpower availability, material availability, and delivery commitments
- Monitor actual production against planned targets and identify deviations
- Prepare MIS reports, production dashboards, and planning reports
- Track raw material and component availability to avoid production delays
- Monitor WIP, finished goods, and inventory levels
- Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution




- Prepare production schedules and prioritize jobs based on customer requirements and delivery timelines
- Support capacity planning and optimize machine/manpower utilization
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely completion of production activities
- Maintain planning data and provide regular updates to management

? Requirements• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field

- 2–5 years of experience in production planning / PPC / factory operations
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and production planning techniques
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

? PreferredExperience in PPC, production planning, capacity planning, inventory control, BOM, MRP, and shop-floor coordination will be preferred.
