This is a practice-level technology leadership role combining engineering strategy, enterprise architecture, AI innovation, solutioning, delivery excellence, talent development and client engagement. The role will play a key part in building an AI-native Salesforce engineering practice, leveraging Agentforce, Data Cloud, Autonomous Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering to deliver secure, scalable and measurable business outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the Salesforce engineering vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business and client priorities. - Provide architecture leadership for complex Salesforce, multi-cloud and industry solutions, including integration, data, security and platform architecture. - Drive adoption of Agentforce,
