Key Responsibilities Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Identify project delays and recommend recovery plans. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Contractors. Perform critical path analysis and resource planning.
Track productivity, material availability, and project performance. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status presentations. Support billing, project forecasting, and cost control activities.
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables in line with contractual requirements.
