Position: Planning Engineer

Experience: 5 to 15 Years

Location: Mumbai

:

- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, resource loading, progress measurement systems, and recovery plans.
- Track project progress, identify schedule deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management teams to ensure schedule adherence.
- Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, S-curves, and management dashboards.
- Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path monitoring, and delay impact assessment.
- Ensure compliance with project milestones, client requirements, and contractual commitments.

Required Skills:

- 5 to 15 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
- Solid hands-on experience in Primavera P6 scheduling and planning.
- Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Offshore Installation activities.
- Good analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to Offshore Platforms, Jackets, Topsides, Subsea, Pipelines, or Brownfield projects.
