- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 2–5 years of experience in construction planning.

- Good knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

- Robust coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects will be an advantage.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Prepare detailed project schedules and work programmes.

- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Procurement, and subcontractors.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Track manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources.

- Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6.

- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities.

- Identify project delays and assist in preparing recovery plans.

- Prepare look-ahead schedules and progress monitoring reports.

- Maintain proper planning and project documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
