Role Description The Placement Coordinator at GrowEasy? will work full time on-site in Noida, supporting learners through the entire placement journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, coordinating interviews and placement drives, and matching student profiles with suitable opportunities.

The role involves guiding learners on resume preparation, interview readiness, and qualified communication, as well as collecting and sharing feedback from recruiters.

The Placement

Coordinator will track placement metrics, maintain accurate records,



and collaborate with the education and training team to align program content with current market needs. This position requires active engagement with students and employers to ensure a smooth and effective placement process.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with students and hiring partners.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on supporting learners and responding promptly to their placement-related needs.
- Background or familiarity with education, training, or career services, and an interest in helping individuals transition into Product Management roles.
- Experience or exposure to recruiting, talent acquisition, or coordinating placement activities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in education, HR, or placement coordination is an advantage.
