Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager – Engineering to drive campus placements and build strong relationships with leading companies. The candidate will be responsible for generating placement opportunities, managing recruiter relationships, and coordinating the end-to-end placement process for engineering students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate recruiters and industry partners.
- Drive campus placement and recruitment activities for engineering students.
- Identify and onboard new companies for placements and internships.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, assessments,



and offer processes.
- Work closely with students and internal teams to ensure placement readiness.
- Track placement data, targets, and recruitment outcomes.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Experience in an engineering/technical education environment preferred.
- Strong corporate network and excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
