About Stellar International Stellar International is a training and placement ,consulting firm specializing in connecting candidates with career opportunities across IT and engineering domain. We are looking for a driven Placement Officer/Consultant to manage end-to-end candidate placement and client relations.

> > Role Summary

The Placement Officer/Consultant will be responsible for cordinating with college placement team evaluating, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates with client organizations, building strong relationships with both job seekers and employers, and ensuring successful, timely closures of placement mandates.

> > Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and campus/institutional tie-ups Screen and shortlist candidates based on client/job requirements

Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability (skills, experience, communication)

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs

Negotiate offers, salary expectations, and finalize placement terms





Maintain accurate candidate and client records/database (CRM/ATS)

Follow up post-placement to ensure candidate joining and retention.

Meet monthly/quarterly placement targets

Stay updated on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry requirements

Handle documentation related to placements (offer letters, agreements, visa/travel formalities if applicable for international placements)

> > Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred) 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or placement consulting

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Good negotiation and convincing ability

Proficiency in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and CRM tools

Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline

Knowledge of international placement/visa processes (if applicable to role)

Existing network of corporate/client contacts Prior experience in overseas or international recruitment

Multilingual ability (regional language + English; additional foreign language a plus)
