Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with companies to organization campus recruitment drives
- Build and maintain solid corporate relationship.
- Coordinate student training, mock interviews, and pre-placement talks
- Maintain placement record and reports
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career planning.

Requirements

- 1-4 years experience in placements / Training & Placement
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong organizational and coodination abilities

MBA/PGDM preferred
