Role Description The Placement Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North.

The Placement

Executive will coordinate with partner organizations and hiring managers to identify suitable opportunities for trained candidates, maintain placement records, and track hiring outcomes. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing employer relationships, sharing candidate profiles, scheduling interviews, and following up on feedback and offers.



The role involves counseling candidates on career paths, coaching them for interviews, and aligning their skills with relevant openings.

The Placement

Executive will collaborate closely with training and operations teams to ensure smooth placement processes and high placement success rates.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills to work effectively with hiring partners and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for candidate counseling and employer outreach.
- Ability to manage data and placement records, with proficiency in MS Office tools and basic reporting.
- Experience or interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or campus placements within the IT or training sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud or ERP technologies (Oracle, Workday, SAP) is a plus, along with an interest in career development and training.
