Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID across EIAM/CIAM environments.
- Monitor platform health, service availability, component interoperability, logs, alerts, dashboards, and operational events.
- Support PingAccess policy clean-up, configuration changes, and validation activities under the guidance of architecture and security teams.
- Execute version upgrades, patches, hotfixes, pre-upgrade checks, configuration compatibility reviews, data migration validation, smoke testing, and post-upgrade remediation.
- Validate SP connections, authentication policies, adapter integrations, and application flows after upgrades or configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot PingDirectory performance issues such as LDAP search inefficiencies, missing indexes, replication issues, and cache configuration problems.
- Build and maintain automation for client credential creation, Client ID/Secret provisioning, scope configuration, release tasks, and repeatable operational activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, configuration standardization, and infrastructure-as-code practices for Ping platform components.
- Improve logging and monitoring by updating dashboards, alerting rules, log levels, and service health views.
- Support CIAM flow migration from legacy CoEX stack to RAITT stack through environment preparation, deployment execution,



validation, and defect remediation.
- Contribute to cloud deployment enhancements for performance, high availability, and cost optimization.
- Maintain operations runbooks, platform health reports, deployment records, and KT artifacts.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Hands-on operational experience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration, LDAP, certificates, networking basics, authentication flows, and application integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Experience with automation and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, scripting, or equivalent tools.
- Working knowledge of containers and cloud deployment platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar tools.
- Solid troubleshooting, incident response, documentation, and release management discipline.
