Job Title: Placement Manager/Training & Placement Officer (TPO)

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Reporting To: Head of Institution / Director

Job Summary The Training & Placement Officer is responsible for preparing students for employment and facilitating campus placements by building strong relationships with industry partners, organizing training programs, and managing the end-to-end placement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry partners for campus placements and internships.

Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, pre-placement talks, and recruitment activities. Identify training needs of students and coordinate skill-development programs such as aptitude, soft skills, technical, and interview readiness training.

- Maintain student placement records, employer databases, and placement reports.




- Guide and counsel students on career paths, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.

Ensure timely communication between students, recruiters, and college management.Required Skills Proven experience in training & placements, corporate relations

- Solid communication, networking, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
