Essential Job Functions:

- Preparation of Piping Layout, Piping support drawings, Isometric drawings by using AutoCAD 2D.

- 3D Modeling of Equipment, Piping, Ducts, Cable trays, Civil and Structure by using AutoCAD Plant 3D Software.

- Modeling of Piping Supports by using Piping Support Standards.

- Extraction of Piping Layout, Piping Isometrics and Piping BOQ from 3D model.

- Annotation work in AutoCAD 2D for Piping layout and Isometric Drawings.





- Checking of Piping Isometric Drawings in AutoCAD by using P & ID and 3D model.

Qualifications

- Years of Exp – 5 to 8 Years

- Any domain specification: Piping designer, AutoCAD Plant 3D, FMCG projects

- Qualification Criteria: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical)

- Mandatory Skills: Piping designer, AutoCAD Plant 3D

- Knowledge of creating Navis files from 3D model.

- Extraction and Review of Clash Check Reports from 3D model.

- Experience in Piping design for FMCG / Chemical and petrochemical industries.

- Experience in developing piping layouting & supporting.

- Experience in developing & checking of Isometric Drawings

- Experience in 3D Modeling of Equipment, Piping, Ducts, Cable trays, Civil and Structure by using AutoCAD Plant 3D Software.

- Experience in extraction of Piping Layout, Piping Isometrics and Piping BOQ from 3D model.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D Software

- Experience in creating Navis files from 3D model.

- Preparation of Piping BOQs, working knowledge of Revit 3D shall be preferred

- Working experience/exposure to FMCG (Home care, Personal Care incl. Soap, Food & Ice- cream and Beverage plants)/ Small

- Chemical units shall be preferred

- Effective communication skills
