The Role

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our clinical team.

The role will involve assessment, treatment planning and rehabilitation of patients across neurological and pediatric depending on clinical expertise and caseload.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Deliver individualised, goal-oriented rehabilitation programmes.
- Provide hands-on and exercise-based therapy using appropriate clinical techniques.
- Work with patients with neurological, pediatric and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Incorporate functional training, gait rehabilitation, balance training, strengthening and motor-control exercises where appropriate.
- Use rehabilitation technology and robotic-assisted therapy as part of treatment when clinically indicated.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programmes accordingly.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding home programmes, positioning, mobility and long-term management.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain high standards of professional,



ethical and patient-centred care.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid qualified registration where applicable.
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical assessment skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-centred approach with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Willingness to learn and work with newer rehabilitation technologies.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in neuro/pediatric rehabilitation will be an advantage.
