About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Trainer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring both subject expertise and an engaging teaching approach to inspire students and strengthen their conceptual understanding of Physics.

This role requires an immediate joiner with a minimum of one year of teaching experience at the intermediate, college, or equivalent level.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive and concept-driven lectures and tutorials for higher secondary and undergraduate-level students.





- Design structured lesson plans that align with academic goals and institutional standards.

- Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, assignments, and classroom participation.

- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to help students improve and build confidence.

- Collaborate with the curriculum and academic teams to enhance teaching material and learning outcomes.

- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies, academic technologies, and Physics education trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong command over core Physics concepts and applied problem-solving.

- Ability to explain complex topics in a easy, engaging, and relatable manner.

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

- High degree of patience, empathy, and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: M.Sc. in Physics (Regular Mode – Mandatory).

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE/Intermediate/college-level institutions.

- Availability: Immediate joiner required.

- Location: Hyderabad (On-site teaching and training).
