Role Description This is a full time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Madurai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and pain management. Daily tasks include conducting therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs, as well as educating patients and caregivers on home exercise routines and preventive care.

The role involves documenting treatment progress, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.



The Physiotherapist will also participate in case discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of therapy services.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of physiotherapy interventions.
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols for a variety of conditions.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and use healthcare records systems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and adherence to hospital policies and professional standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates with strong clinical internships may apply.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Madurai, with flexibility for hospital schedules and patient needs.
