We Shine Academy is looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Physical Trainer to train and guide students preparing for competitive examinations, police, defence, and other physical fitness-based selection processes.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of physical fitness, endurance training, running, strength training, and basic physical-test preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical training and fitness sessions for students.
- Train students in running, endurance, strength, flexibility, and stamina.
- Prepare students for physical efficiency and physical measurement tests.
- Plan daily and weekly workout schedules according to students' fitness levels.
- Conduct warm-up, stretching, conditioning, and cool-down sessions.
- Monitor students' fitness progress and provide individual guidance where required.
- Conduct practice tests and mock physical assessments.
- Motivate students to maintain discipline, fitness, and regular attendance.




- Ensure proper exercise techniques and maintain safety during training sessions.
- Maintain basic records of students' performance and fitness improvement.
- Coordinate with academic trainers and management regarding student progress.

Eligibility
- Any Degree / Diploma / relevant Physical Education qualification preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Police, Defence, Army, Sports, Physical Education, Fitness Training, or competitive-exam physical training are preferred.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Robust communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a group of students.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
