Role Summary

We are hiring a Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator with experience in US Healthcare and inbound voice support. The role involves handling patient and prescriber calls, coordinating medication shipments and refills, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional patient support while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.

- Coordinate medication refills, shipments, and delivery schedules.

- Verify and update patient information in pharmacy systems.

- Address shipment status inquiries and resolve customer concerns.

- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

- Collaborate with patients, prescribers, and internal pharmacy teams.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of HIPAA, URAC, and ACHC standards.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Experience handling patient, provider, payer, or pharmacy interactions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 1 year of inbound voice support experience.

- Mandatory US Healthcare experience.

- Experience in Pharmacy Support, Patient Access, Advantages Verification, Prior Authorization, Reimbursement, or Hub Services preferred.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- Neutral accent with no First Language Influence (FLI).

- Ability to manage high-volume inbound call queues.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, pharmacy management systems, and Microsoft Office.

Shift Details

- General Shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (Night Shift)
