We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Pharma Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent within the pharmaceutical and non-IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma and non-IT positions including R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial roles.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, qualified networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening, preliminary interviews, and skill assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/database.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Pharma or Non-IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring practices.
- Experience sourcing candidates using CB, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced workplace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for pharma manufacturing, QA/QC, regulatory, or clinical roles.
- Strong networking and talent pipeline development capability.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
