? ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional with robust experience in Pharmaceutical General Trade, distribution and team leadership to drive business growth across Gujarat & Maharashtra.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across assigned markets
- Manage distributor & stockist performance, productivity and ROI
- Strengthen retailer, chemist, wholesaler & stockist networks
- Monitor targets, stock availability, POB, conversions & field productivity
- Identify market expansion and growth opportunities
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure execution
- Lead, mentor, recruit & develop sales teams
