Position: Pest Control Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 Years in Pest Control

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily pest control and preventive pest management activities across the campus.
- Prepare and implement scheduled pest control plans for academic blocks, hostels, kitchens, cafeterias, offices, and outdoor areas.
- Identify pest-related issues and recommend appropriate treatment and preventive measures.
- Supervise pest control staff and ensure proper allocation of duties and work areas.
- Ensure correct and protected application of pesticides, chemicals, traps, and other pest-control methods.
- Maintain records of pest-control activities, chemical usage, complaints, inspections, and treatments.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify signs of insects, rodents, termites, mosquitoes, and other pests.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Hostel, Food Services, and other departments for pest-control requirements.
- Respond promptly to pest-related complaints from students, staff, faculty, and departments.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and disposal of pest-control chemicals and equipment.




- Monitor vendor/agency performance where pest-control services are outsourced.
- Ensure compliance with university SOPs, safety standards, and applicable pest-control regulations.
- Conduct awareness and preventive hygiene checks to minimize pest infestation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Ensure use of appropriate PPE and safe working practices by all pest-control personnel.
- Maintain inventory of pest-control materials, equipment, and PPE.

Required Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in pest control, housekeeping, facility management, hotel/hospital/institutional pest management, or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and preventive pest-control practices.
- Knowledge of safe handling and application of pesticides and chemicals.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining reports and records.
- Good communication, supervision, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,029.42 - ₹35,563.62 per month
