Role Description This is a full time, on-site Personal Banker role based in the Mohali district.

The Personal

Banker will assist customers with opening new accounts, handling deposits, and providing day-to-day personal banking services at the branch.

Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending suitable banking products, supporting loan and credit inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of transactions.



The role involves maintaining customer records, resolving service issues, promoting bank offerings, and complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Personal Banking and Opening New Accounts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Deposits and everyday transaction handling.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and basic banking products.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including communication and relationship-building.
- Relevant experience in retail banking or financial services is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers, follow compliance guidelines, and use core banking software.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with a customer-centric and ethical approach to banking.
