Job Responsibilities

1. Driving Duties

Safely drive the employer/Director for official and personal travel. Pick-up and drop-off of the employer, family members and guests as required.

Plan routes and ensure punctual arrival at meetings and appointments.

Maintain the vehicle in clean, protected and roadworthy condition.

Check fuel, tyres, oil, battery and other basic vehicle requirements.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance and documentation.

Maintain confidentiality regarding travel plans and personal information.

1. Personal Assistant Duties

Manage and coordinate daily appointments and schedules. Assist with documents, files, courier/parcels and routine office work.

Handle personal errands and official requirements as instructed.

Coordinate with staff, drivers, vendors and other persons when required.





Assist during meetings, visits and official programmes.

Maintain complete confidentiality and professional conduct.

Valid LMV/Driving Licence with a clean driving record.

Good knowledge of local and outstation routes.

Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience preferred.

Physically fit, disciplined, punctual and well-groomed.

Honest, trustworthy and responsible.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.

Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance will be an advantage.
