Role & responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

- Assist in audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates.

- Coordinate with the creative and content team to develop high-converting ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

- Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads with a learning mindset.

- Robust analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance

- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with creative, content, and sales teams
