Seeking a Performance Testing Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience skilled in LoadRunner or NeoLoad and proficient in APM tools to optimize application performance
:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
- Handson experience with LoadRunner or NeoLoad for performance testing
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce platforms is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Application Performance Monitoring APM tools such as AppDynamics Dynatrace NewRelic or Azure AppInsight
- Solid communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad
- Monitor and analyze system performance using APM tools to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and scalability
- Conduct performance testing on SAP and Salesforce applications when applicable
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in collaboration with crossfunctional teams
