We are looking for a Performance Marketing Trainer who can train and mentor students in practical, result-oriented digital marketing and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, lead generation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical training sessions on Performance Marketing
- Teach Google Ads & Meta Ads from beginner to advanced level
- Explain campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword research and ad creation
- Train students on lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Teach campaign optimization based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion data
- Provide practical assignments and real-world campaign examples
- Guide students in analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing
- Mentor students and resolve their practical doubts

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta/Facebook Ads
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4




- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Understanding of remarketing, audience targeting and funnel optimization
- Knowledge of Google Ads campaign types and bidding strategies
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner
- Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in running actual paid advertising campaigns and managing advertising budgets will be preferred.

Experience in training, teaching, mentoring or coaching is an added advantage.
