About the Role

Zynetic is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram/Meta.

The role requires strong hands-on campaign management, analytics, optimisation, and lead-generation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Drive qualified B2B leads while improving CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Track performance through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM data.
- Build dashboards and provide clear weekly performance insights.




- Work with sales and content/design teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Manage remarketing, retargeting, and lead-nurturing campaigns.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta/Instagram Ads.
- Proven experience generating and scaling B2B leads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion funnels.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
- Analytical, data-driven, and highly execution-focused.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy to optimisation.

Preference: Candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, technology, EV, mobility, or enterprise lead generation.
