About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Executive to drive digital growth for our vinyl records, music and niche entertainment business. The role involves managing paid campaigns, SEO and e-commerce marketing across Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid campaigns.
- Manage SEO, keyword research, website visibility and organic growth.
- Drive website sales, lead generation and audience engagement.
- Track ROAS, conversions and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Develop campaigns for music enthusiasts, vinyl collectors and niche audiences.




- Work with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
- Independently manage day-to-day digital marketing activities and deliver measurable results.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Ads and SEO.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Exposure to India and international marketing is preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, music, entertainment or niche consumer categories is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, campaign optimization ability and valuable communication.
