Role: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting digital marketing campaigns while managing client communication and coordinating with the internal SEO and Video Editing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, negative keyword management, bidding, and budget optimization.

Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, lead quality, and overall campaign performance.

Implement conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion tracking where required.

Continuously test ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.

2. Meta Ads Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation, awareness, traffic, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.

Develop audience, creative, and retargeting strategies.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives, placements, and audiences.

Work closely with the creative/video team to develop performance-driven ad creatives.

3. SEO Coordinate and oversee on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content planning, and backlink strategy.





Track organic rankings, traffic, leads, and other SEO KPIs.

Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure timely execution and measurable results.

4. Client & Team Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain robust professional relationships.

Conduct regular performance discussions and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations.

Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies.

Manage and coordinate the SEO and Video Editing teams, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and delivered on time.

Review team output and maintain quality standards across campaigns.

Identify issues proactively and provide strategic solutions.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
2. Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
3. Experience handling multiple client accounts and marketing budgets.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong presentation, client-handling, leadership, and team-coordination skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
