We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, and affiliate networks.

Own the performance marketing budget and allocate spend efficiently to maximize ROI.

Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).

Work closely with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.





Use A/B testing to optimize ad copy, creatives, targeting, and conversion funnels.

Report on KPIs and campaign insights to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Collaborate with product, CRM, SEO, and analytics teams to align on customer journey and growth goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.

Proven experience managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

Deep understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Robust analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and attribution software.

Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and audience segmentation.

Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Self-starter with strong project management and communication skills.
