G2G Media House is a growth-focused media and marketing agency helping brands build visibility, generate leads, and drive measurable business growth through strategy, content, social media, and performance marketing.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, performance strategy, optimisation, reporting, and client results.
This is not a role for someone who simply knows how to run ads.
We are looking for someone who understands why a campaign works, why it fails, and what needs to change.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
You will manage campaign performance, budgets, lead generation, tracking, reporting, testing, and optimisation while working closely with the creative, content, and client servicing teams.
You will be expected to think beyond metrics and understand the connection between advertising, creative, audience, funnel, leads, and business outcomes.

- Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives.
- Plan campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Define campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, funnels, and KPIs.

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns across lead generation, conversions, traffic, engagement, and remarketing.

- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
- Conduct creative, audience, copy, and campaign structure testing.
1. Google Ads
- Plan and manage Google Search campaigns.
- Manage Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, and remarketing campaigns where relevant.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimise bids, search terms, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion volume and efficiency.
1. Performance Optimisation
- Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Continuously test new audiences, creatives, offers, messaging, and campaign structures.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Pause, restructure, or reallocate budgets when campaigns underperform.
1.
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tracking systems.
- Ensure campaign data is being captured accurately.
- Identify tracking gaps and coordinate with technical teams when required.
- Analyse funnel performance from ad click to final conversion.
1. Lead Quality & Conversion
- Go beyond lead volume and monitor lead quality.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand lead-to-sale performance.
- Identify reasons for poor-quality leads.
- Recommend changes to targeting, messaging, offers, landing pages, or campaigns.
- Connect advertising performance with actual business outcomes.
1. Reporting
- Prepare regular performance reports for clients and internal management.
- Clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, challenges, and next steps.
- Track performance against agreed KPIs.
- Present data in a way that clients can understand and act upon.
1. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Provide explicit briefs based on campaign data.
- Identify which hooks, formats, messages, and creatives are performing best.
- Use performance data to guide future creative strategy.
1. Client Management
- Participate in client meetings and performance reviews.
- Explain campaign performance and recommendations clearly.
