Role Description As a Performance Marketing Lead at Haris&Co.;, you will oversee end-to-end performance marketing initiatives across digital channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. This full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode involves designing and executing data-driven campaigns, optimizing media budgets, and monitoring key performance metrics to achieve client business objectives. You will manage campaign planning, implementation, A/B and performance testing, and continuous optimization across platforms such as search, social, and display.

The role includes collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams to align performance campaigns with brand goals, and presenting insights, reports, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. You will also mentor junior team members, contribute to performance marketing best practices, and support new client pitches with performance-focused strategies.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (search, social, display, programmatic) and performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CTR.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, data visualization dashboards).
- Proven experience in leading performance marketing strategies for multiple brands or accounts, ideally within an agency or fast-paced digital workplace.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
