? We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Intern

At Beyond Goofy , we work with ambitious brands to build, scale and optimise their digital growth through performance marketing.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to “learn marketing” — but wants to actually work on campaigns, analyse data, test ideas and understand what makes an ad perform.

What you’ll work on

- Plan advertising budgets and contribute to media strategies
- Build, manage and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work on digital marketing strategies for our clients
- Research audiences, creatives, competitors and market trends
- Work closely with the team to test current ideas, creatives and campaign approaches
- Learn how performance marketing works across different industries and business models

Who are we looking for? Someone who understands that marketing is both science and art .

You should be





- Curious about why some ads work and others don't
- Comfortable looking at numbers and making decisions from data
- Creative enough to think beyond what has already been done
- Eager to experiment, test and learn
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

Requirements
- Prior internship experience in FinTech, D2C or HealthTech is preferred
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work from office

? Location: 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore ? Stipend: ₹10,000/month
