ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a proven understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Track and analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.




- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital advertising.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and audience targeting.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
