Performance Marketing Manager — Pluch Designs

About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads for Pluch Designs, our premium D2C womenswear brand. You'll be responsible for driving profitable growth through full-funnel campaign strategy, budget allocation, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube)
- Own monthly ad spend, allocate budget across channels/campaigns to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC
- Build and test creative, audience, and bidding strategies specific to fashion/apparel buying behavior
- Monitor and report on key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV) and translate data into actionable strategy
- Collaborate with creative, content, and merchandising teams to align campaigns with collection launches, seasonal drops, and promotions
- Manage pixel/conversion tracking, attribution,



and platform-level health (account structure, feed optimization, catalog management)
- Stay ahead of platform updates, auction dynamics, and industry trends in fashion e-commerce

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven track record managing a minimum monthly ad budget of ₹50 lacs
- Must have prior experience running performance marketing specifically for a women's fashion/apparel brand
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads platform, and Excel/Sheets
- Deep understanding of the D2C fashion buyer journey — seasonality, trends, and creative-led performance
- Ability to work independently, set targets, and be accountable for ROAS/spend efficiency

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Shopify-based stores
- Familiarity with influencer/affiliate-linked paid amplification

• Basic creative direction skills for ad assets
