- As a Tech Lead – Full Stack, you will drive the technical execution of key modules within our flagshipn
- product. You will work closely with architects and product stakeholders to implement scalable, highn
- performance solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and Azure cloud infrastructure.n
- This is a hands-on Lead role where you will guide the development team, ensure engineering bestn
- practices, and contribute actively to coding and delivery.n

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned modules using .NET, React, Python,n
- and Azure PaaS.n




- Collaborate with Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical designs andn
- implementation plans.n
- Own code quality, performance optimization, and technical delivery for the team.n
- Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development.n
- Implement scalable and secure Azure cloud components aligned with defined architecture.n
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.n
- Participate in design discussions and provide technical inputs for solution improvements.n
- Guide and mentor developers within the team, promoting best practices, clean code, andn
- security standards.n
- Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.n
- Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- n
- 6–8 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead or seniorn
- developer role.n
- Robust expertise in .N
